Our bindery and finishing department is where your beautifully printed sheets come together to create the final product. Our in-house bindery department offers a multitude of in-line and off-line services, all under one roof. Some examples of our bindery services include: 

Precision Cutting

We currently house two computerized digital paper cutters that are extremely fast and accurate in our bindery department. 
Featuring high-pressure hydraulic clamps and razor-sharp carbon steel blades, our cutters prevent paper shifting and guarantee the most precise cuts.

Diecutting

Make your project stand above the rest with a unique die cut! With our state-of-the-art die-cutting equipment we will create a finished product that is memorable. Die cutting is great for custom shaped business cards, hang tags, door hangers, keg collars, pocket folders, table tents, or just about anything you can dream of! Have a custom project idea? Folding

Our finishing department provides a high-speed folding solution with many different options. Examples of folds include double parallel, half, letter/trifold, "Z" fold, map folding, as well as custom folds. 

Collating

Collating is the process of gathering stacks of individual sheets and assembling them in a specific "order." Our top of the line Duplo 6000 or Mueller can collate and insert sheets with ease. These can be left in stacks, or folded, trimmed, and stitched to be made into booklets. For projects with larger sections or items that cannot be run through our equipement we can help you with hand collating!

Stitching

From booklet stapling, saddle stitching, and even just the top corner of the packet, we can can stitch it together with any one of our automated machines. We also have a hand-operated machine for those more delicate projects such as raffle tickets or NCR pads. 

Book Binding

With our in-house perfect binding equipment, we are able to offer short-run perfect bound books with small minimum quantities. Another versatile binding option we offer is spiral bound books.  

Perforating

Perforating a printed form can create an easy-to-remove response card, coupon, or raffle ticket. The placement of the perforations can be fully customized, which gives you flexibility when designing pieces that need to separate effortlessly. We can also design pieces that can stand up to the rigors of post office mailing equipment without pulling apart. We offer both micro-perforating and standard perforating. 

Hole Drilling

We can customize holes anywhere you want and with many sizes. We have drill bits from 1/8" round, 3/16", 1/4", 3/8". With our different drills in our bindery department, we are able to drill multiple holes at one pass, increasing productivity and decreasing the cost!

Laminating

This is the glossy plastic coating that prolongs the life of your project! We carry lamination varying in thickness from 3 mil, 5 mil (most common), and heavy 10 mil. Our laminator is capable of laminating up to 24" wide and since it is on a roll, we can go fairly long! 

Numbering

Many projects require numbering, from raffle tickets to invoices. We can number on a variety of papers and sheet sizes. We are able to start at any start number, have multiple numbering positions - the choices are limitless! With our variable data technology we can even number in the font or color of your choice!

Shrink Wrapping

We use high-quality shrink wrap materials to provide you with an attractive and secure method of bundling larger quantities of printed materials. Our versatile shrink wrapping services include a process that uses semi-automatic equipment to meet high-volume demands without compromising quality. We can shrink wrap materials as small as a business card and as large as 11 x 17 posters.

Paper Banding

A more eco-friendly alternative to shrink wrapping; we offer paper banding. Banding is a form of wrapping of materials that holds them together, making them easier to handle, transport, and store.

Foam Core Mounting

We use foamcore and will mount directly. We also carry easel-backs for table top displays.

Shipping and Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, volume, and destination, we have the right shipping service to accommodate your specific needs. We work with UPS, Spee-Dee, and several freight companies that make sure your items get where they need to be!
